Meet Roc!
Hi! My name is Roc! I was rescued by a very caring animal control officer in MA. I came from a home where the children and I lived with were taken away because of abuse/neglect as were my many four legged friends.
I am now in a loving foster home but because of prior neglect, it was thought that I had many medical issues. I had a large lump on my head. I was taken to the vet with a temp. of 105. I was a very sick boy.
Then off to Angell in Boston to see a neurologist. Boy was he a nice vet!! I was such a good boy for the vet..so he kept telling me. :) Everyone at Angell was so kind to me.. even strangers told me how handsome I am!
I showed my appreciation with lots of love back and my tail ...that I cannot help but wag at everyone I meet! The large bump was thought to be a tumor. I was then scheduled to go back to Angell for many expensive tests.
My rescuers tell me that I am worth my weight in gold and then some!What a lucky boy I am to have found such caring and loving people to finally care for me.
Good news! My lump is an over production of bone and will be gone soon! What what I now need is my forever home as my resident foster homes kitty cat and I cannot seem to get along. :(
Please find in your heart to give me a loving forever home. I am crate trained and house trained. I know all basic commands.
